Pricing/Process
Initial Consultation: $75 non-refundable fee
-Your initial consultation will be a virtual or in-person appointment with one of our medical partners to determine if semaglutide or tirzepatide injections might be right for you
-During this consultation we will teach you about the medication and how to administer it.
4-week Membership:
$200 for any dose of semaglutide
$360 for any dose of tirzepatide
What does this include?

It establishes a patient-provider relationship with Impact MWL

Our healthcare providers will prescribe your weight loss medication

You will receive medication for your prescribed dose delivered to your home

You will receive check-ins every four weeks to adjust dosing as needed

You will have access to our medical providers for questions regarding your weight loss treatment

You will receive additional tips for succeeding in your weight loss goals

Continuous enrollment will maintain a membership. It is free to cancel your membership, however, refunds will not be given for paid months. If you decide to re-enroll at a later time, you will be required to pay a $75 re-activation fee.
