Monthly Membership (required for ordering medication): $75/month
What does this include?

It establishes a patient/provider relationship with Impact MWL.

Our healthcare providers will prescribe your weight loss medication.

You will receive monthly check-ins to adjust dosing as needed.

You will have access to our medical providers for questions regarding your weight loss treatment

You will receive additional tips for succeeding in your weight loss goals.
Medication Prices: Variable
Medication can be ordered through your Patient Portal once you have a paid monthly membership activated after the initial consultation is completed. Medication prices are not included in the monthly membership fee but are based on pharmacy prices for the dose ordered.
*Currently, the lowest dose (.25mg/week) can cost as little as $28/month. Higher doses cost more, with the highest dose of semaglutide (2.5mg/week) at $220/month. Tirzepatide typically costs more than semaglutide.

Continuous enrollment will maintain a membership. It is free to cancel your membership, however, refunds will not be given for paid months. If you decide to re-enroll at a later time, you will need to schedule and pay for another initial consultation to reactivate your membership.
